Shipping Policy

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served (FIFO) basis. Order processing time is typically within 24 hours, subject to stock availability. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website and usually maintain sufficient stock. However, in rare cases, if an ordered product is unavailable or found to be not suitable for shipping, we reserve the right to upgrade your order with the best available alternative, which may be similar or better in nature and of equal or higher value, at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure your order is dispatched on time.

Festival Season Shipping Delays

During peak seasons, festivals, or special occasions (including Rakhi season), order volumes are significantly higher. While we make every effort to dispatch orders on time, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to high demand, courier capacity constraints, or regional restrictions.
We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance during festival seasons to ensure timely delivery. Delays during peak periods do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on standard deliveries. Customers are charged only for the product cost. If a customer chooses express shipping, the applicable charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected delivery option.
